1. Go to the Alerts tab

If the Alerts tab icon at the bottom of your screen is not highlighted in purple, you are on a different tab. Tap the Alerts tab icon to switch tabs.

2. Tap a “New Matches” alert

A New Matches alert for a Saved Listing Search includes a square thumbnail image of a map with a drawn shape, along with text that appears like this: 'n new listings matching your “ABC” search’.

Scroll down on your Alerts screen to locate a New Matches alert, then tap on it to open a Saved Listing Search New Matches screen.

<aside> 💡 If you don’t see any New Matches alert displayed, make sure that you had set up to get alerts from a Saved Listing Search in advance. Learn how to do that here.

3. Explore the New Matches screen

The New Matches screen offers a preview of a Saved Listing Search’s list of new listing matches. Going from top to bottom, left to right, here is the information it displays from the search.

  1. The name of the search.
  2. A map of the search area, including location pins or clusters of new matches.
  3. An Open Saved Search Summary button to open the Summary page of the search.
  4. A title view displaying the count of new search matches linked to the alert.
